I am available by appointment only. I am flexible to work around your needs including early morning, evening and weekend appointments. Private yoga sessions can be conducted in person at a studio, based on studio availability. I will also travel to your location within the Dallas Metroplex. I can also conduct private yoga sessions online through zoom.

Payment & Cancellations :
Arriving after the appointment time deducts time from your session. In case of late arrival or no-show, you are responsible for the full appointment fee. To cancel or to reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours from your appointment will incur the full cost of the session. Please note that it is my policy to keep your credit card number on file in order to cover fees for attended sessions, no-shows, canceling within 24 hours of your appointment, and other costs related to professional services.
Private yoga sessions are perfect for all levels of students. Beginners are able to explore at their own pace while learning the foundation, principles and science behind yoga. Advanced students can use these private lessons to deepen their own practice.
I would recommend you purchase a yoga mat and one or two blocks. Additionally, I would recommend anything that may help you such as a blanket or strap. If you do not have any equipment, please let me know and I can provide you with some.
Come just as you are. Yoga is for ALL people and all bodies. The joy of yoga is that it’s adaptable to meet you where you are and expand from there. Yoga is a practice for the mind and body and with a consistent practice, we can become strong, have more energy, see more flexibility and mobility, and let go of tension and expectations. Absolutely. Private yoga sessions are ideal for people with chronic illnesses and/or injuries. I am uniquely certified to teach psychotherapeutic yoga, which is excellent for those living with mental and physical maladies or restrictions. Whether you are recovering from a broken bone or you have a disability, I will create a yoga practice that’s suited specifically for your needs.
